Our cold cuts to discover traditional and genuine flavours

Every year, from our pig breeding

we obtain four cold cut varieties: salami,

rib salami, air-cured pork meat and bacon.

Produced using traditional methods,

with a light beech smoking, they become delicious appetizers or the ingredients

for our recipes.

 

And for those who want to enjoy them

at home, we sell them in practical

vacuum packs, ideal to keep intact

the proper conservation and fragrance.

Good, healthy and home-made!

We have a small garden and some fruit

trees, from which we harvest,

every day and according to the season, vegetables and fresh fruit that accompany

or become the best ingredients

of our recipes. Fresh and genuine products, a daily source of inspiration

for our dishes.
